What Is Chakra?
Chakra is the fundamental energy source powering all ninja techniques in Naruto. It combines two energies: Physical Energy (from the body's cells) and Spiritual Energy (from the mind and experience). Ninjas mold these energies together to perform ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu.
Raw chakra quantity and chakra control are different. Naruto had enormous reserves but poor early control. Sakura had limited reserves but exceptional precision.
