Fairy Tail's magic system is based on Ethernano — magical particles present in the atmosphere and in every living being. Mages convert Ethernano into spells through internal Magic Power (MP). The system is deliberately loose, which allows for nakama power-ups but frustrates viewers who want consistency.

Dragon Force

Dragon Slayer Magic's ultimate state — the user's body partially transforms into a dragon, multiplying power several times over. Only achievable when the Dragon Slayer has eaten enormous quantities of their element or is pushed to their absolute limit.
