The most terrifying character in Part 1. The Control Devil embodies fear of control and domination — she can dominate any being she considers beneath her. Her actual power level is debated but her strategic and psychological dominance is total.
Control Devil - 2
Pochita / Chainsaw Devil
The Devil that devils fear. Can erase other devils from existence by eating them — meaning their concept is forgotten and they can never be reborn. Other powerful devils actively fear and scheme to avoid the Chainsaw Devil.

Gun Devil
Embodies humanity's fear of guns. Killed 1.2 million people across 5 countries in 26 seconds in a single rampage. Considered the most destructive force in the modern world.
