Why Saitama Is Undeniably #1

The entire premise of One Punch Man is that Saitama is too strong. He trained so obsessively — 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, 10km run every day for 3 years — that his body broke through whatever ceiling human power has. His strength isn't a technique, a power-up, or a special ability. It's just raw physical force with no maximum.
